We had a wonderful experience with Vaccine House, Patna. The home vaccination service was timely, hygienic, and handled with great care. The nurse was polite, gentle, and very patient with our baby girl, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. One small suggestion that could make the experience even better: instead of wearing a full medical uniform, it would be great if the nurse wore a clean apron along with an ID card. Many young children get anxious or scared when they see a medical uniform, whereas an apron still maintains professionalism and hygiene while creating a more child-friendly and comforting environment.
